Conquer Padel is making its U.S. franchise debut

Planet Fitness alums are teaming up with Conquer Padel to launch the first U.S. franchise, its first domestic deal. With plans to open 50 Conquer Padel clubs nationwide, the Baker family will launch the first four locations in the Northeast, with real estate site selection already in progress. This landmark agreement marks a significant step forward for padel’s rapid growth in the U.S., as the sport continues to capture nationwide attention. LEARN MORE

GSE Acquires Insideout Sports + Entertainment, Continuing Growth Trajectory and Expanding in-house Capabilities

GSE Worldwide (GSE), a leader in sports and entertainment marketing and talent management, today announced the acquisition of InsideOut Sports and Entertainment (InsideOut), an event production company that owns and operates global sports and entertainment events. The acquisition marks GSE’s first entry into event production and is the third acquisition since the strategic investment from BC Partners Credit in late 2024.

Founded by former world No.1 and Hall of Fame tennis player Jim Courier and former SFX and Clear Channel executive Jon Venison, InsideOut has more than 20 years producing best-in-class sports and entertainment experiences. The acquisition brings InsideOut’s portfolio of marquee events, including The Pickleball Slam, Pro Padel League and Major League Pickleball under the GSE umbrella, bolstering GSE’s capabilities in large-scale, high-profile, live event production. Venison will join GSE as EVP and Head of the newly created GSE Productions division and InsideOut’s team will continue to operate its slate of events while collaborating with GSE to scale into new markets.

Team USA is set to compete  at the 2025 WSF World Junior Championships in Cairo

The event kicks off with six days of individual play from July 21–26, followed by the team competition from July 27–August 1. Building on a historic 2024 showing—where both the Junior Men and Women medaled in the same year for the first time—Team USA enters this year’s tournament with six players seeded in the top sixteen.
