PlayerU Launches AI-Powered Pickleball Training App on Apple and Google Platforms
PlayerU Software Solutions officially launched its new mobile training platform on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, bringing AI-assisted coaching and player development tools directly to pickleball players nationwide.
Designed to help players progress from beginner through advanced beginner levels, the PlayerU app combines instructional video content, educational resources, community features, and an AI-powered coaching system known as PickleLogic™. The platform aims to provide a structured learning experience for new players entering one of the world’s fastest-growing sports while offering tools to accelerate skill development and improve on-court confidence.

Agassi Sports Entertainment (ASE) has strengthened its push into sports technology, coaching education, and digital media by signing legendary tennis coach Darren Cahill to a long-term partnership agreement. The company announced that Cahill will contribute to a range of strategic initiatives, including coaching content, media projects, and the continued development of its AI-powered Agassi Intelligence platform.
Cahill, one of the most respected coaches in professional tennis, has guided multiple Grand Slam champions and former world No. 1 players, including Andre Agassi, Jannik Sinner, Simona Halep, and Lleyton Hewitt.

The Picklr Expands Indiana Footprint with New Avon Club

The indoor pickleball boom continues across the Midwest as The Picklr opened its newest Indiana facility in Avon, marking another milestone in the franchise’s rapid national expansion. The new club celebrated its grand opening on June 6 with a community-focused event featuring open play, competitions, raffles, food vendors, and membership giveaways. The opening represents the third Picklr location in the greater Indianapolis market, with additional Indiana clubs already under development. Local franchise operators Ron Brock and Dave Gilreath, through Pickle Indy, continue to lead the brand’s regional growth strategy, which now extends beyond Indiana into Tennessee and Florida.
